what can I expect in a session?

Sessions are between 1.5 to 2 hours and can be conducted in-person and remotely. Remote RTT sessions are just as effective as in person.

We work on one key issue per session and we begin by discussing that issue and your history related to that issue. We also get clarity on what you would like your result and future experience to be.

Next, you will relax into hypnosis, where you are in a relaxed state of your nervous system and alpha or theta brainwave state. Here we will communicate with your subconscious mind and uncover the events from your past that are contributing to your your current beliefs. Using a range of RTT methods, we will work to gain understanding of how your beliefs were formed to unroot those beliefs that are holding you back and overlay a ‘new track’ which is the experience you would like to achieve.

I create a bespoke 15-20 minute recording for you to listen to for 21-days following the session to code in the new set of beliefs, and experiences. Many clients achieve significant results after 1 session, some require between 1-3 sessions to experience notable change of their issue.

why 21 days?

A critical component of RTT® is that you listen to a bespoke recording I create for you for 21 days. It commonly takes about 21 days to form new habits and our minds learn through repetition. Listening to a hypnotic recording puts you into a relaxed, alpha brainwave state which ensures you are highly suggestible. This aids in ‘coding in’ the desired change in beliefs, habits and experience. I offer client support for 21 days following as session.

what does being in hypnosis feel like?

Being in a hypnotic state is very relaxing, similar to other forms of meditation. You are in control throughout a session and very aware of what is happening around you, what memories you are reviewing, and what you are sharing.

It is important to note, that while you are highly suggestible while in hypnosis, you are in control and will only take on suggestions that you desire, such as acquiring healthy habits, shedding weight or becoming a more confident speaker. You will remember everything from a session.
