I suffer with some chronic health issues that affect how I live my life. As many know who suffer with chronic pain or other conditions, the stress and worry about health issues sometimes becomes worse than the health issues themselves-if not worse, at least make managing poor health much harder or more complicated especially when is comes to work and social life.

I booked an RTT™ session with Lynn to tackle my health concerns but also wanted to find a way to stop be ashamed of having chronic health issues and to work on regaining lost confidence and reducing my anxiety about my health problems. I had an RTT™ session with Lynn and the results were immediate and significant. During the session, I felt deep relaxation and calm that I had not experienced in years and that night, slept soundly, which was a first in a very long time.

Since our session, my anxiety levels about the health issues I suffer have significantly decreased. Listening to the recording Lynn provided at night is calming and I find I am sleeping more soundly at night and have a more positive mindset during the day.

All of the above have had a positive impact on the physical/health issues I experience. I am booking another session with Lynn to address my health issues more specifically and am confident the results will continue to lower my anxiety and stress levels.

I decided to try an RTT™ session for my lifelong battle with anxiety. When I say “life-long,” I mean since I was 5 years old. I am turning 45 this year. For 40 years, I have had panic attacks, unable to take deep breaths for most of my days, constant worry and over-thought.
I was ready to let it all go. I think that’s part of it. You must be ready and willing to let whatever issue is holding you back, go. Lynn told me about RTT™ and as I already know and value the benefit of hypnotherapy, I was truly excited with the possibility of finally healing from anxiety – as nothing worked for me.
I have to admit I was both a little surprised and ecstatic when the very next day after the session, I could take deep breaths – ALL DAY! Something shifted in me that I could tell was different then all the therapy I experienced prior to the RTT™ session. I was calm. The amount of over-thinking I usually do, reduced. The awareness of my thoughts was increased.
For example, I could tell that out of nowhere, it seemed, I was getting anxious. I knew that mentally, in my mind, I was calm. However, my stomach had been upset. There is a lot of connection between the gut and the mind. It is said that the gut has its own mind. After this experience I had, I now 100% believe it. My stomach was upset and literally tried to cause panic in my mind. I was able to distinguish the difference (credited to the RTT™ session) and worked on calming my gut. Once my gut was calm, the panic left altogether.
I was able to breathe deeply every day for just over a month and a bit. Even though my anxiety has been greatly reduced, the breathing has become a little shallower again. Lynn mentioned that with issues that have been lingering for a long time, it’s normal and almost expected to have to do another session. We will be having a follow-up session and after this one, I’m 99% positive anxiety will no longer have it’s hold on me. I am so grateful for RTT™ and Lynn!
