“I never thought in a million years I could go under hypnosis. Boy was I wrong!! Lynn and I first talked about my weight issue. I have always struggled to lose weight, and it always brought me down. I thought it would be great to lose some weight- then other things would fall into place. Like an increase of energy for work and family (especially the grandchildren), less stress and anxiety. And just over all better health.

I’ve never really cared what others think of me, but it always bothered me personally to be overweight. After our first session I couldn’t believe what a change I had. Couple of things in my recording was the idea of having the weight “melt away” and for me to feel “lighter”. Well— Wasn’t long after that I noticed a major increase in the amount I was sweating at work or even just sitting watching TV. Oh yes!!! The sweating!!! Seemed like the weight was literally melting away. I could actually feel myself feeling lighter even during our first session. I know it’s not going to come off in a week (as I want to lose about 60-80 lbs) , but just the feeling I have of being lighter gives me more energy and has made me so much more positive. My attitude has changed for the better as well. I’m much more relaxed and although there is always a bit of stress at my work- it has gone from I’d say 100% to like 20%. Julia is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and a graduate of the Canadian School for Natural Nutrition with a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition (certificate of merit). She is also a certified Pn1 Coach specializing in habits-based coaching; helping people take simple, sustainable actions towards their wellness goals. 

Julia is recreational exercise enthusiast with a strong desire to share her passion with others. She is a certified yoga instructor and a fitness coach.

Her qualifications in nutrition and fitness sparked the desire to focus on overall wellness and to help people on their journey to healthier and stronger lives.

When she is not busy helping clients, she is a proud mom of two teenage boys and committed to keeping them happy, active, and healthy. Being a nutrition expert, she is often asked if chocolate and junk foods have a place in their home. She believes in the 80/20 rule when it comes to a happy balanced life. Because when you nourish your body with high quality foods 80% of the time and treat yourself the other 20% of the time, a beautiful balance emerges.

Before the RTT® session started, Lynn led me through a conversation about envisioning what my goals are with weight loss and what those goals would look like when achieved and how that would feel.

Just slowing down and actually focussing deeply on what I do want instead of what I don’t want and taking the time to really dive into that helped me to go beyond more surface-level thinking and really connect more with my motivation. And, it felt good to slow down and take time to really reflect.
